Our Story

How we got here.

DEH EMANUELS SOLUTIONS began with a simple observation: Kenyan schools and small businesses were stuck choosing between expensive foreign software that didn't fit local workflows, or no software at all. We set out to close that gap.

What started as a single school marks system has grown into a school-first software company, with a widening set of tools for finance, timetabling, and business operations across Kenya.

2025

DEH EMANUELS SOLUTIONS founded

Started building school and business software with a focus on local needs — M-Pesa, CBC, and Kenyan admin realities baked in from day one.

2025

CBE Mark Sheet System launches

Our flagship product goes live — a full CBC-aligned marks and reporting platform for Grades 1–12, with M-Pesa billing built in.

2026

Finance & timetable packages

Two ready-to-deploy school packages launch, extending the product line beyond marks into fee tracking, auditing, and clash-free scheduling.

Officially registered as DEH EMANUELS SOLUTIONS

The company becomes a legally registered business name in Kenya, Reg. No. BN-P7SEY3B8.

Founder graduates from University of Embu

Bett Emanuel completes his BSc in Information Technology and moves into leading the company full-time as Founder & CEO.
